The Whistleblowing System (WBS) at PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk is a mechanism that enables employees, stakeholders, and the public to report unethical behavior, fraud, or other violations of company policies and regulations. The Company recognizes that maintaining high standards of integrity is essential to building trust among stakeholders and fostering sustainable growth.
Whistleblowing Reporting Channels
The Company provides several secure and confidential reporting channels:
• Online E-Form
Through a dedicated platform accessible at https://pengaduan.alkindo.co.id/ , making it easier for reporters to submit reports.
A special email address, namely aldo_pengaduan@alkindo.co.id, which is designed to provide accessibility to all reporters.
• Hotline Number
a number provided specifically to be contacted by telephone or short message via the WhatsApp application.
• Complaint Box
a special box provided at several safe points in the Company’s operational environment, making it easier for reporters to submit their complaints via letter or electronic means (CD or flash drive), including evidence of violations.
These channels are designed to facilitate reporting of suspected fraud, corruption, harassment, or other policy violations safely and easily.
