Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a top priority in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. The Company is committed to complying with all applicable OHS regulations and standards in order to protect all employees and stakeholders from potential risks of workplace accidents or occupational diseases.
This commitment is implemented through:
• Enrolling all employees in BPJS Kesehatan (National Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (pension, old-age benefits, work accident, and death insurance).
• Providing health clinics at each plant supported by General OHS Experts and First Aid OHS Specialists.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards through SILO (Operation Eligibility Permits) for equipment and SIO (Operational Permits) for operators.
• Establishing an OHS Committee (P2K3) with regular reporting and continuous improvement programs.
• Forming an Emergency Response Team (ERT) that regularly conducts emergency drills across all shifts.
Preventive
Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all employees who are at risk of workplace accidents according to their needs.
Conducting inspections of work equipment to ensure safety.
Providing emergency response facilities such as fire extinguishers at strategic locations, first aid kits, and designated evacuation points.
Promotive
Providing OHS training.
Conducting campaigns and socialization to maintain discipline in using PPE and ensuring a safe work environment.
Carrying out emergency simulations.
