Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is one of the mandatory committees established by public companies in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuers or Public Companies. This committee assists the Board of Commissioners in ensuring that the nomination and remuneration process is carried out transparently, objectively, and in line with the principles of good corporate governance (GCG). The existence of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee aims to support the management of human resources at the strategic level, including the evaluation of remuneration policies and the appointment of Directors and Commissioners who are competent and meet the established qualifications.
