Herwanto Sutanto

President Director

Born in Bandung (April 25, 1956), he graduated from AISMI Management. He has 18 years of experience in a textile chemical company, most recently as Marketing Director. Together with Mr. Lili, he founded a paper converting business and led the company to become a major supplier to the textile, yarn, and furniture industries. He was appointed President Director on March 15, 2011.

Willy Soesanto

Director

Born in Ujung Pandang, November 3, 1984. He earned a B.Sc. in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.Sc. in Nutritional Science from the University of Utah, United States. He worked in the food industry as a Sales Technician before joining PT Alfa Polimer Indonesia in 2013 as Director. On June 9, 2022, he was appointed Director of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, focusing on production and operations.

Kuswara

Director

Born in Bogor on July 1, 1974, he graduated in Accounting from Trisakti University. He began his career as an auditor at Prasetio Utomo & Co. before gaining experience in accounting and finance at various companies. He joined PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk in 2010 as Corporate Secretary and was then appointed as an Independent Director in 2011. He was officially appointed as a Director of the Company through the GMS on June 9, 2022.

Lili Mulyadi Sutanto

President Commissioner

Born in Bandung on April 10, 1955. Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the paper industry, starting from a small business to developing a converting paper business that supports the textile industry in Bandung. With in-depth experience in technical, production, and marketing fields, he has played a key role in the development of the paper industry in Indonesia. In 2011, he was appointed President Commissioner of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, with his term last extended through the GMS on June 9, 2022.

Erik Sutanto

Commissioner

Born in Bogor on June 14, 1982, he graduated in Business and Information Systems from Edith Cowan University, Australia. Experienced in business strategy, marketing, and information technology, he actively drives innovation and builds a positive work culture within the Company. On June 9, 2022, he was officially appointed as a Commissioner of the Company.

Meigi Sonnata Widjaja

Commissioner Independent

Born in Bogor on May 26, 1974, he graduated in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University. He has experience in various strategic positions, including Auditor, Financial Consultant, VP Finance, and CFO, before joining PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk. On June 9, 2022, he was appointed as an Independent Commissioner and currently also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
