Kuswara, an Indonesian citizen born in Bogor (July 1, 1974), is domiciled in Bandung. Experienced in auditing and finance, he began his career as an auditor at the Public Accounting Firm Prasetio Utomo & Rekan before joining PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk in 2010 as Corporate Secretary. In 2011, he was appointed as an Independent Director, and based on Deed No. 58 dated June 18, 2014, issued by Notary Dr. Erny Kencanawati, SH., MH., his position was changed to Director of the Company.
